• Founding pre-order: $15 buys a founding seat + 3 months of access at launch + a locked $5/mo rate; access begins when the product launches
• Refunds: full refund if we don't launch, plus your statutory cancellation rights — payments are processed by Stripe
• Acceptable use of the site; intellectual property
• Warranty disclaimer + limitation of liability; governing law = England & Wales; changes
