• Data collected: email and server logs; for founding pre-orders, payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details
• Lawful basis: the founding pre-order = contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); launch/marketing emails = consent; analytics + logs = legitimate interest
• Processors: Stripe (payments), Hetzner/Coolify (EU hosting), email provider; international transfers under the UK IDTA / EU SCCs where needed
• Rights: access, erasure, portability, withdraw consent; complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) — EU users may also use their local authority
• Cookies: this site sets none and uses cookieless analytics — no banner required
